Delivery will be made to the delivery address selected or provided by you in the ordering web pages. 

Our usual delivery schedule takes place Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) between the hours of 9am and 5pm.  Orders placed before 2pm will usually be delivered the next working day, however, this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to stock availability.   We may be able to accommodate other delivery options, eg Saturday delivery, pre 10am or pre noon, with an additional surcharge, please telephone  01323 720888 if this is required.

 A signature will be required as proof of delivery and, if no one is available to accept the goods, a card will be left by the courier with further delivery options.

The customer shall inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and if goods appear damaged then either note this on the courier's paperwork or refuse to accept the goods.  The customer shall also, within 48 hours of such delivery, give notice in writing to the company if it alleges that the goods are not in accordance with the contract.  Claims outside of 48 hours may not be accepted.

The customer is liable for any non delivery charges that arise due to incorrect delivery address given by the customer at the point of order.

Large and/or bulk palletised orders may take up to 3 days to prepare and despatch.

Delivery Charges

Unless bespoke delivery charges have been agreed with your account manager, the standard charges from 1st August 2012 are as follows: 

 Direct to your offices      

 £8.50 per box up to 25kg

 Direct to your end user,   sent under plain wrapping      

 £6.89 one box including packaging up to 6kg

(goods over this weight will revert to the £8.50 pricing as above)


A 50p London surcharge applies for those delivery postcodes that fall within the congestion zone and there may also be some geographical variations to the above.


In the unlikely event of any product problems, please contact your account manager immediately with the details.  Any product that fails to meet the same standards compared to the genuine product will be refunded or exchanged once the goods have been evaluated and tested, or in some instances, a field visit carried out.  Removal of batch numbers will invalidate this warranty.  The company will arrange collection only when a Goods Return Form has been completed and this will be supplied by your account manager.

Goods ordered in error and returned for credit/refund must be returned within 14 days and in 100% saleable condition.

Please do not send any goods back until prior authorisation has been given and a Return Form completed.
